How it works

Who made it
I built OT Notes for my sister, a pediatric OT who was taking her notes home. She helped me develop it, and it has been used daily in the field since June 2026.
Other therapists in her office have been using it for a couple of months. One of them learned it by watching my sister use it, then asked if she could pay for it. Now it is open to other clinics.
